AI Product Developer – SOS HR Solutions

Job Summary:

The AI Product Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered products and solutions. This role combines expertise in artificial intelligence, software development, and product thinking to build scalable, user-centric applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven products and features aligned with business objectives.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Integrate AI models into scalable production systems and applications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Document development processes, models, and system architectures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development and product deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with data processing, model training, and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and system integration.
• Understanding of software development practices, including version control and agile methodologies.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics is a plus.
