Accessories Fitter – Car Care – Kapico Group Holding Company
Responsible for installing automotive accessories and enhancements on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install a wide range of automotive accessories such as seat covers, floor mats, body kits, parking sensors, cameras, audio systems, lighting.
- Inspect vehicles before and after installation to ensure proper fitment and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any fitment issues or defects during installation.
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Actively support upselling by suggesting suitable accessories and add-ons based on customer needs and vehicle type.
- Coordinate with the store team regarding customer requirements and product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop area.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for installed accessories.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and installation guidelines.
