Waitress – Al-Fozan Enterprises General Trading & Contracting Co.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to join our dynamic team at a leading business consultancy services company in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with our guests. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
2. Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and drinks, including ingredients and preparation methods.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
4. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
5. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
8. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
9. Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on service standards.
10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and guest experience.
