• As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
• Actively contributing to a harmonious work environment, you’ll assist your colleagues as needed, fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
• Treats guests with a natural smile and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the Point of Sale (POS) system.
