Technician / Mechanical Engineer – SWbAC AL Tijariya Company
We are seeking a skilled Technician / Engineer with strong expertise in 3D Printing, CNC Machines, and Screen Printing technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Operational Duties
Install, configure, and operate 3D printers, CNC machines, and screen-printing equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure maximum uptime.
Prepare, test, and optimize machine settings for different materials and applications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and print specifications.
Conduct trial runs, quality checks, and production optimization.
Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers and internal teams.
Document maintenance schedules, service reports, and machine performance.
Collaboration & Development
Work closely with the design and production team for prototyping and manufacturing.
Suggest process improvements and contribute to R&D initiatives.
Train operators and junior technicians on equipment use and safety.
