Position Summary

The Technical Support Engineer will play a critical role in managing technical projects, supporting customer needs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in electric power generation and oil & gas applications who excels in problem-solving, communication, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Project Management

• Manage and implement projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and address project issues or recommend alternative solutions.
• Monitor and report on project status, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

2. Technical Support

• Provide hands-on technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and requirements.
• Review customer specifications for compliance and prepare technical proposals, submittals, and documentation.
• Assist field engineering teams during system installation and commissioning.
• Evaluate technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

3. Collaboration and Communication

• Work with technical and engineering teams from global brands like Baudouin, MTU, Cummins, Caterpillar, Perkins, and Others.
• Participate in coordination meetings, design reviews, and site audits.
• Support contract negotiations by reviewing and advising on engineering-related clauses.
