We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tea Girl to join our company. As a Tea Girl, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality coffee and beverages. You will be responsible for ensuring that each cup of coffee meets our standards of excellence and provides a memorable experience for our guests.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing methods and coffee origins.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative when required.
5. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
6. Prior experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
8. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
9. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
