Sr. Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the heavy industry and metallurgy sector. 3. Conduct thorough analysis and simulations to validate lighting design concepts, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
4. Utilize CAD software to create detailed design drawings and specifications, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in lighting layouts.
5. Review and approve design changes and modifications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices in lighting design.
6. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
7. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance design quality and functionality across projects.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in lighting design, integrating relevant innovations into design processes.
