The client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Telecom Specialized).

Key Responsibilities

[) Oversee the design, development, and lifecycle management of Managed Security Services offerings, including but not limited to:

1. Managed SOC
2. Threat Intelligence
3. DDoS Protection
4. Managed Firewall Services
5. Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
6. Web Application Firewall (WAF)
7. Cloud Security Services
8. Vulnerability Management and Threat Hunting.

[) Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

[) Monitor market competition and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

[) Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure high retention rates.

[) Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for MSSP service delivery and product innovation.

[) Oversee risk management practices to mitigate service delivery risks and ensure data protection.

[) Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
