Social Media Specialist – SOS HR Solutions

• Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation and Management: – Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). – Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms. – Create multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, photos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy. • Social Media Strategy – Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. – Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize content. • Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build relationships with followers and potential customers
•  Engage with users, influencers, and online communities to grow the brand’s presence and foster loyalty. • Advertising and Promotions – Create and manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). – Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. – Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. – Proven track record of growing social media accounts and delivering measurable results. – Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective algorithms. – Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools. – Excellent communication and writing skills. – Experience with paid social media advertising. – Creative mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: -Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred
