SITE ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL – ABJ engineering construction

The Site Engineer – Electrical is a critical role in the construction and engineering sector, responsible for overseeing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication abilities. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that electrical systems are installed efficiently and meet all regulatory requirements. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage electrical installation projects from inception to completion.
2. Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national regulations and standards.
3. Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work.
4. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
6. Assist in the selection and procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to on-site personnel.
8. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project.
9. Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
10. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Strong educational background in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in electrical projects.
