Showroom Salesman - Electrical & Lighting

To assist customers in purchasing the required products in a retail environment.
Satisfactory sales techniques to benefit the company by retaining existing customers and expanding the customer base.
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer needs.
Maintain records related to Daily sales.
Recommend alternative products based on customer’s need upon customer’s demand
Make sure to keep shelves, counters, and tables clean all the time.
Exchange and accept returns in line with Company rules and policies.
Make sure to inspect storage area before leaving at the end of Business Day.
Inform Admin Services in case of any repairmen is required.
Consult Sales Supervisor immediately in case of any unfavorable incident concerning showroom, staff or product.
Make sure all display samples are in presentable condition with Proper barcode, Item Description and priced.
