Service Representative – Al Mulla Group

Responsibilities

•Perform installation, configuration, servicing, and preventive maintenance of Copiers/Office MFPs, Printers, Production Printers, Large/Wide Format Printers, and Cash Counting/Sorting Machines.

•Ensure all customer service calls are attended to within four (4) working hours, in line with service level commitments.

•Diagnose, manage, and resolve technical issues efficiently and in accordance with supplier technical guidelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximum customer satisfaction.

•Attend technical training programs and continuously upgrade technical skills to maintain a high level of competency and product expertise.
