Senior Landscape Designer – Career Hunters

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with landscape architects to create detailed site plans, sections, and elevations for landscaping projects.

Develop 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other design software.

Draft irrigation, drainage, and planting plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and environmental regulations.

Prepare materials lists, cost estimates, and assist with budgeting for landscaping projects.

Modify designs based on client feedback, regulatory requirements, and environmental constraints.

Conduct site visits to collect data, perform land surveys, and ensure that the designs match the actual conditions on-site.

Communicate with contractors and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.

Stay up-to-date with zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards to ensure compliance in all drafts

Create 3D visualizations and renderings to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Maintain organized project files, including design revisions, materials specifications, and project documentation.
