Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales performance and strengthening brand visibility across traditional retail channels, including baqalas, co-ops, and wholesale markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned traditional trade channels.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to Kuwait’s traditional trade environment, ensuring strong in-store execution and coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including baqala owners, cooperative societies, and wholesalers, to drive sales and visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper stock levels, product availability, shelf visibility, and compliance with agreed merchandising standards.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the market, providing timely feedback and actionable insights.
- Analyze sales performance, route efficiency, and KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action plans.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to implement trade promotions, in-store activations, and visibility campaigns.
- Ensure effective distribution and coverage of all SKUs across assigned outlets, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Coach and develop the sales team through regular field training, performance reviews, and structured development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade agreements, and local market regulations in Kuwait.
