Sales Supervisor (Coops & Branches) – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our Coops & Branches team in Kuwait within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with at least three years of experience in a supervisory role. This position requires a strategic thinker who can enhance our sales performance through effective leadership and innovative sales strategies. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that sales targets are met consistently. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales approaches that resonate with our clientele. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and foster a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and improve performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the sales team.

- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
