Sales Manager – Silkor – Laser Medical Center
Silkor is hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing GCC team.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader who can grow branch revenue, lead a sales team and deliver an exceptional client experience.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Proven experience managing and motivating teams
- Ability to achieve monthly branch and individual targets
- Strong follow-up, coaching and performance-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing daily branch operations
- A proactive, hands-on and results-oriented leadership style
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, wellness, hospitality or another premium service industry is an advantage.
