- Sales Management
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
· Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth customer transactions.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Team Leadership
· Recruit, train, and mentor the motorcycle sales team.
· Set individual sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them.
· Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve skills.
- Customer Relationship Management
· Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
· Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning.
· Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Operational & Administrative Duties
· Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
· Ensure compliance with dealership policies, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
