Sales Executive – SOS HR Solutions

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for one of our clients, a delivery application focused on serving restaurants in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly within the food delivery or restaurant sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing new client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential restaurant clients for the delivery application, utilizing networking, cold calling, and market research to generate leads.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions to improve their delivery services.
  3. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the delivery application to prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the advantages of the delivery service.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall sales strategies and client engagement.
  6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the delivery application and gather valuable market intelligence.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to restaurant clients, addressing any concerns or feedback on time.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in delivery technology.
  9. Contribute to the development of sales strategies that align with the client’s business goals and objectives.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales, particularly within the restaurant or food delivery industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with restaurant clients and stakeholders.
  3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills, enabling the candidate to close deals effectively and foster long-term partnerships.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, showing adaptability to changing circumstances.
  6. Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategies and decision-making.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus to communicate effectively with local restaurant clients.
  9. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
