Sales Engineer – Al Mulla Group

Responsibilities:

  • Sell transport refrigeration products, increase sales volume, and grow market share.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to gather intelligence on sales activities and trends.
  • Prepare quotations in coordination with Estimation, Design, Materials, and Production departments, and submit to customers with timely follow-ups.
  • Optimize follow-up strategies to successfully convert inquiries into purchase orders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations on company products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide effective sales support.
  • Generate high-quality leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, close deals, and coordinate delivery arrangements.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in industries related to transport solutions, such as:
  • Reefer Trucks & Reefer Trailers
  • Cargo Bodies
  • Ice Cream Bodies
  • Sales of Cooling Units, Tail Lifts, etc.

Other Requirements:

  • Gender: Any
  • Age: 25–45 years
  • Preferred Languages: Arabic, English
