Responsibilities:

- Coordinate communication between sales teams and clients, utilizing CRM tools to maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and strategies.
- Manage the sales order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals, utilizing market research and product knowledge to enhance client engagement.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows, representing the company and building brand awareness in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions, providing feedback to the sales team to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
