Sales Associate – Orangetheory Fitness

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our energetic team at a leading gym in Kuwait. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our fitness services and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

As a Sales associate, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in our facilities. This position must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the studio manager must execute a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase fitness program sales as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

– Actively promote and sell memberships and class packages.

– Generate and follow up on new leads through various channels.

– Conduct studio tours to convert prospects into members.

Customer Engagement and Member Retention:

– Greet and engage with members and prospects in a welcoming manner.

– Provide personalized recommendations and assist with class bookings.

– Build strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
