Sales Associate – Electronics

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide expert advice and recommendations on electronic products such as mobile devices, accessories, home electronics, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits, and educate customers on new and emerging electronic technologies and trends.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform effective upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong and up-to-date product knowledge, including technical specifications, features, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure all electronic merchandise is properly displayed, secured, stocked, and priced according to company standards.
  • Assist with inventory management activities, including receiving, unpacking, labeling, and restocking products.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, with special attention to product displays and demo areas.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner, in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service.
  • Communicate customer feedback, product issues, and sales trends to store management.
  • Attend all required training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
