Sales Associate – Electronics
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide expert advice and recommendations on electronic products such as mobile devices, accessories, home electronics, and related technologies.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits, and educate customers on new and emerging electronic technologies and trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform effective upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong and up-to-date product knowledge, including technical specifications, features, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Ensure all electronic merchandise is properly displayed, secured, stocked, and priced according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management activities, including receiving, unpacking, labeling, and restocking products.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, with special attention to product displays and demo areas.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner, in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service.
- Communicate customer feedback, product issues, and sales trends to store management.
- Attend all required training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
