Sales Associate – Al-Yasra Group

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on driving sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Male candidates are preferred for the Footwear division, and female candidates are preferred for the Jewelry division.

The ideal candidate will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Support stock management and merchandise organization
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Support promotions and sales initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive store environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English And Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
