Sales And Finance Contracts Coordinator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will support both Finance and Contract functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across processes. Responsibilities include validating financial data between CRM and billing platforms, preparing performance and collection reports, minimizing order rework, and supporting process automation.

 

On the contract side, the role covers preparing, reviewing and tracking new and renewal contracts, coordinating with Sales and Legal and maintaining an organized contract database. The candidate will act as a bridge between Finance, Sales, Legal and System Developers to streamline workflows, resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with policies and procedure.

 

 

FINANCE ROLES

  • Support order execution, minimizing rework/rejection and resolving issues in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Track and report reworks from finance to sales, highlighting delays for timely resolution.
  • Validate and ensure accurate transfer of financial data between CRM and billing platforms, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Review and validate orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Ensure accurate transfer of financial data from CRM to billing platforms, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Prepare and validate revenue, sales and collection reports, ensuring consistency between CRM and GP systems.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow enhancements.
  • Identify and resolve system gaps between CRM and GP (e.g., database mapping, customer profile alignment).
  • Coordinate with Finance and System Developers to implement automated reporting solutions.
  • Verify customer profiles (company name, account status) for accuracy across systems.
  • Track and analyze billing and collection KPIs to identify delays and performance gaps.
  • Generate key financial reports, including revenue recognition, cancellations, credit notes disputes and variances.

 

 

CONTRACT ROLES

  • Prepare, review and update new and renewal contracts.
  • Manage systematic filing and archiving of contracts for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Track and report the status of contracts (new, active, renewed, expired).
  • Maintain a contract database with expiry dates and proactively follow up on renewals.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.
  • Work closely with Legal Advisors to ensure contracts comply with Kuwaiti law and company policy.
  • Support automation and alignment of the contract management process with System Developers.
