Retail Operation Supervisor – Pet Zone

Ø To assist the sales in ensuring that sales targets are exceeded.

Ø To maximize sales opportunities

Ø To assist in the review systems on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.

Ø Key holder responsibilities.

Ø Liaising with trade’s persons as and when required.

Ø Maintaining good relations with neighbors.

Ø Managing grooming, Grooming reception Team & Customer service staff training requirements.

Ø Follow and implement schedule of opening and closing of showroom.

Ø Assist and coordinate with other showroom staff and assistants.

Ø Assist showroom management in their administrative tasks.

Ø Capable of understanding detailed business process and procedures.

Ø Managing staff training requirements.

Ø Supporting the Showroom Manager in identifying opportunities for commercial advantage.

Ø Ability to handle emergency situations as they arise.
