Restaurant Manager – Al-Fozan Enterprises General Trading & Contracting Co.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage staff efficiently, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and foster a positive dining environment. You will work closely with the business consultancy team to implement innovative strategies that enhance the restaurant’s brand and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve the dining experience.
  3. Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
  4. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-control measures.
  6. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality of ingredients.
  7. Design and execute marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Collaborate with the business consultancy team to explore new business opportunities and enhance operational strategies.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  4. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
