Receptionist – Kuwait Technical College
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Receptionist to join our team in Al Kuwait. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, contributing to a positive company image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees.
