Responsibilities:

1. Perform imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, while adhering to safety protocols to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
2. Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations, clearly explaining the procedures to ensure understanding and comfort.
3. Maintain and operate imaging equipment, conducting routine checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Collaborate with radiologists to discuss imaging results and assist in interpreting images for accurate diagnoses.
5. Document patient information and imaging results in the electronic health record system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
6. Participate in quality assurance programs, conducting audits to enhance imaging services and improve patient safety.
7. Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology, attending workshops to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
8. Engage in effective communication with patients and healthcare teams to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
