Quality Document Controller – Enshaat Al Sayer

Job Summary:

The Quality Document Controller is responsible for handling, overseeing, organizing, and controlling corporate and project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, proper distribution, and secure storage throughout the document lifecycle. Duties include maintaining document control systems, managing correspondence and quality records, coordinating document reviews, and ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in MS Office applications, strong organizational and record-keeping skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Document Control Management: Establish, maintain, and oversee document control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability of all corporate and project documentation.
  • Document Distribution and Tracking: Manage the receipt, registration, and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders while tracking revisions and approvals.
  • Quality Records Management: Maintain and safeguard quality records, ensuring secure storage and proper archiving throughout the document lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Standardization: Ensure documentation processes comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Prepare document status reports, support audits, and coordinate with project teams, quality departments, and external parties.
  • Systems and Tools Proficiency: Utilize MS Office applications and document management systems efficiently to manage, monitor, and control documents
