QA QC Engineer – Refrigeration Industries & Storage and Oil Services Co. (K.S.C.)

Responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customers. The expertise will help to maintain the commitment to delivering exceptional quality and reliability.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

2. Conduct comprehensive inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.

3. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to analyze data and improve production processes.

4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Procurement, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

5. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, quality metrics, and compliance reports.

6. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

7. Train and mentor quality control team members on best practices and quality standards.

8. And any other duties needed to help drive the Company vision, fulfil our mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
