Property Leasing Executive – Homzmall
The Property Leasing Officer is responsible for managing leasing activities of the company’s properties, including marketing vacant units, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available properties through online portals, advertisements, and direct marketing.
- Respond to leasing inquiries and arrange property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease contracts, and payments.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding rent collection and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with potential tenants to close leasing deals and maintain occupancy levels.
- Assist in resolving tenant complaints and coordinate with maintenance teams for property issues.
- Monitor lease expirations and initiate renewal discussions with tenants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local property leasing regulations.
- Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market trends.
