The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure sales

targets are being met.

₋ Achieving the personal and store KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational

objectives;

₋ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;

₋ Maintain excellent level of product knowledge;

₋ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;

₋ Following point of sales procedures;

₋ Accurately completing any daily and weekly checklists as required;

₋ Monitors the stock management of the promotion products by ensuring that the products

appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantities;

₋ Ensure all store related policies are being fully complied with in order to ensure the smooth

running of the store.
