Project Quantity Surveyor

Managing all costs related to construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and to the required standards.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
2. Monitor project costs and control budgets to ensure profitability.
3. Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
4. Work with project teams to plan cost-effective procurement.
5. Conduct site visits and report on progress and contract compliance.
6. Assist in preparing tender documents and cost submissions.
