Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Project Manager to lead international projects from initial business development through to final acceptance and delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise in chemicals, membranes, and filtration systems, combined with the ability to manage cross-border operations and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee overseas projects across their full lifecycle, including business development, execution, and final acceptance
• Identify and develop international business opportunities in chemicals, membrane technologies, and filtration solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and budgets are met
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction throughout project delivery
• Handle contract negotiations, risk assessment, and compliance with local regulations in target markets
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and outcomes

Professional Expertise Required:

• Strong technical background in chemicals, membrane technologies, and filter elements
• Proven experience managing international or cross-border projects
• Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial aspects of projects

Reporting Line:

• Reports directly to the CEO
