Project Coordinator

Requirement

• Manage the department heard’s calendar, scheduling meetings, presentations, conferences, and business trips.

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion within defined scope, time, and cost.

• Support project delivery through regular status reports, dashboard reviews, and updates on policies, project progress, and timelines.

• Maintain documentation for agreements, approvals, payments, and workflow processes.

• Handle communication and coordination with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and visitors.

• Organize meetings, events, presentations, and investment activities.

• Provide audit support and track findings.

• Verify payments and coordinate with finance.

• Manage correspondence, filing, and communications.

• Coordinate employee training, recruitment, and integration of new staff.

• Maintain organization charts, job descriptions, and coordinate with HR and personnel departments.

• Execute management directives and follow the project mission statement to deliver world-class projects.
