Production Manager Food And Beverages
Role Summary : The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing of water, juice, and dairy products while meeting quality, food safety, and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet business demands.
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
- Optimize manpower, equipment utilization, and production efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HR to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production performance, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Participate in production trials, audits, preventive maintenance planning, and new product launches.
- Support annual production budgeting and act as Plant Manager during their absence.
