PRO Mandoob – Seazen Group

The PRO Mandoob position in Kuwait is a pivotal role within the catering, food service, and restaurant industry. This role is designed for individuals who possess a deep understanding of local regulations and have the ability to navigate the bureaucratic landscape efficiently. The PRO Mandoob will be responsible for managing all governmental and administrative processes related to the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This position not only requires strong organizational skills but also excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders, including government entities and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process all government-related paperwork, including visas, work permits, and trade licenses.
2. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with any changes.
3. Act as a liaison between the company and government departments to facilitate smooth operations.
4. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by handling necessary documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with government agencies.
6. Provide guidance and support to management regarding legal and regulatory matters.
7. Coordinate with external agencies for inspections and audits as required.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials to enhance the company’s standing.
9. Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
10. Handle any issues or disputes that arise with government entities effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Strong understanding of local laws and regulations in Kuwait.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven experience in a similar role within the catering or food service industry.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts.
8. Knowledge of the catering and food service industry is a plus.
9. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
