Presales Manager (Senior Role-Head)

Client is seeking an experienced Presales Manager Senior (Telecom Specialized).

Responsibilities –

[) Drive the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of ICT, Managed Services, and Telecom Services, including:

• Internet Services (Dedicated Internet Access, Broadband)
• Cloud and Data Center Solutions
• Managed IT and Networking Services
• Enterprise Connectivity Solutions (MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet)
• Unified Communications and Collaboration (VoIP, PBX, MS Teams Integration)
• IoT and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Solutions.

[) Oversee technical pre-sales engagements, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and the company’s offerings.

[) Optimize cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company’s product portfolio.

[) Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions and superior service quality

[) Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive business growth and customer success.

[) Drive automation and efficiency improvements in service operations and pre-sales processes.
