Physical Therapist – IDRAK Talent Acquisition firm

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join wellness center in Kuwait. Our facility is committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation and wellness services to our clients, focusing on enhancing their physical well-being and improving their quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical therapy, with a thorough understanding of various therapeutic techniques and modalities. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery and improve mobility.
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
4. Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
7. Participate in community outreach programs to promote physical wellness and educate the public about the benefits of physical therapy.
8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices to enhance service delivery.
9. Provide support and guidance to junior staff and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the treatment and care of patients.

Preferred Candidate:

1. A licensed Physical Therapist with a recognized degree in physical therapy.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
3. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a wellness or rehabilitation center.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
5. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, fostering trust and rapport.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered goals.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and documentation.
