Personnel Assistant – SOS HR Solutions

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Personnel Assistant. This position is particularly focused on supporting government relations for a prominent watches retail shop in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to renewing company documents and handling visa applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires a strong ability to multitask and a commitment to maintaining accurate records while providing excellent support..

  1. Responsibilities: Manage the renewal of company documents, ensuring all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time to comply with government regulations.
  2. Assist in processing visa applications for employees, coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
  3. Maintain organized records of all company documents, visa applications, and related correspondence, ensuring easy access for authorized personnel.
  4. Communicate effectively with government agencies to resolve any issues related to company documentation and employee visas.
  5. Prepare reports on the status of company documents and visa applications, providing updates to management as needed.
  6. Support the team in various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
  7. Assist in developing and implementing processes for managing government relations and documentation more effectively.
  8. Stay informed about changes in local regulations and compliance requirements that may impact company operations.
