We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Driver to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service skills. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing transportation services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. You will need to navigate various routes efficiently, maintain the vehicle in optimal condition, and adhere to all traffic regulations. This role requires a professional demeanor, a strong understanding of local traffic laws, and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide safe and reliable transportation to clients, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and conditions to optimize travel efficiency.
3. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, including oil changes, tire rotations, and cleanliness to ensure optimal performance.
4. Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their transportation needs and preferences.
6. Handle any unexpected changes in the schedule or route with professionalism and adaptability.
7. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
8. Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of clients at all times during transportation.
9. Report any incidents or accidents immediately, following company protocols.
10. Stay updated on vehicle technology and safety features to provide the best possible service.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar role, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
2. Excellent driving record with a valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic regulations.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unforeseen circumstances with poise.
5. Strong time management skills, capable of adhering to schedules and deadlines.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and vehicle maintenance.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
8. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
9. Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company positively.
10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
