Personal / Concierge Shopper – Trafalgar

Overview:

Trafalgar Luxury Group is looking for a well-connected and relationship-driven Personal / Concierge Shopper to help expand our e-commerce business through personalized client engagement. This role blends luxury salesmanship with a concierge-style approach — focused on driving conversions by leveraging personal networks, following up on leads, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Personal Network: Utilize your own network of high-value clients and luxury shoppers to generate direct sales on Trafalgar’s online platforms.
• Convert Warm Leads: Follow up with qualified leads shared by the e-commerce and marketing teams to guide them through product selection and purchase.
• Recover Abandoned Carts: Contact customers who dropped off at checkout (shared by the back-office team) to offer assistance and close the sale.
• Exhibition & Event Outreach: Represent Trafalgar at luxury exhibitions, trunk shows, and pop-ups to build your client base and drive post-event sales.
• Client Relationship Building: Offer a personalized shopping experience including product curation, styling advice, and early access to new collections.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain a simple weekly record of outreach and conversions using Excel or provided templates.

Requirements:

• Strong existing client network within the luxury, fashion, or accessories segment.
• Proven ability to influence and close sales through relationship-based engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic and English preferred).
• Basic Excel proficiency for tracking performance and reporting.
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working with clear sales targets.
