We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations & Projects Coordinator to support internal operations and manage project follow-ups across departments. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, administrative efficiency, and timely communication. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project submissions, communications, and follow-ups with external stakeholders 
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks 
  • Support HR and administrative functions 
  • Coordinate internal operations between departments 
  • Assist in sales coordination and documentation 
  • Maintain organized records and documentation 
  • Prepare reports and updates for management
