Operations Manager – Marine Showroom (Jet Ski. Boats & Maine products) – SOS HR Solutions

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the marine showroom, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and product presentation.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, leveraging data analysis tools to track performance and identify areas for growth.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of marine products, minimizing stockouts and maximizing sales opportunities.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners, to enhance the showroom’s reputation and market reach.
7. Implement marketing initiatives to promote showroom events and new product launches, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels to attract potential customers.
8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and ensure the showroom remains competitive.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on showroom performance to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
