Operations Manager – International Yacht Brand – SOS HR Solutions

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing project management tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, which will mitigate risks and improve operational reliability.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance through regular feedback and training.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with business development strategies, ensuring that customer needs are met while optimizing resource allocation.
