Oil Testing Technician – Alghanim International

We are seeking an experienced Oil Testing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformer oil testing and hands-on experience with oil testing equipment. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate testing and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform transformer oil testing and analysis to assess the quality and condition of the oil.
• Operate and maintain oil testing equipment such as dielectric strength testers, dissolved gas analyzers, and moisture content analyzers.
• Conduct diagnostic testing to detect contamination, degradation, or potential faults in transformer oil.
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed technical reports for review.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols during testing procedures.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to recommend necessary corrective actions based on test findings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tests performed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in transformer oil testing.
• Familiarity with oil testing procedures, equipment, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
