Oil and Gas Planning Specialist
Scope of Job:
The Planning Specialist develops, coordinates, and monitors strategic, operational, and project plans to ensure efficient utilization of resources and successful achievement of organizational objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Analyze data and prepare planning reports.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate planning activities across departments.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support decision-making through analytical studies and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational activities.
