Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement window displays and in-store visual concepts.
• Ensure store layout follows brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Plan product placement to maximize visibility and sales.
• Create attractive mannequins styling and promotional displays.
• Coordinate with store managers and sales teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment on display.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust displays accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
• Experience in retail visual merchandising (fashion/sports/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong creativity and sense of styling, color coordination, and trends.
• Knowledge of floor planning and space management.
• Good understanding of brand standards and commercial merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
