New Car Sales Manager

1.    Establishes and maintains business relationships with customers by identifying key advocates and leveraging those relationships to foster stronger relationships with key customers

2.    Trains sales force and on daily activities of sales executives

3.    Acquires customer data as well as potential customers for future reference

4.    Monitors achieving sales targets and arranges the flow of customers to sales staff

5.    Plans and prepares a short-term and long-term sales plan

6.    Identifies and develops contacts for promotional campaigns

7.    Coordinates with the Marketing and PR Manager for implementing the marketing plans and strategies

8.    Documents progress or problems, ensures orderly office operations, and addresses personnel issues promptly and efficiently

9.    Sets individual sales target for sales executives

10. Ensures all sales staff comply with retail standards

11. Trains and updates sales staff on retails standards

12.Performs any other duties as assigned by the manager according to business requirements
